Membership
WHO CAN JOIN?
In accordance with the constitution, Membership of the Association is open to any person who subscribes to the aims and objectives and who is appropriately qualified, trained and experienced to help the Association meet its vision and purposes. Membership is therefore open to advisers, inspectors, consultants, and providers of advice, inspection and guidance within the field of mathematics education. Membership also includes lecturers in further and higher education and independent consultants. The executive Committee of the Association shall be the final arbiter in approving membership.
WHY SHOULD I JOIN?
Membership entitles you to:
- Attend the annual conference
- Attend local regional meetings and CPD events
- Receive a termly newsletter
- Contribute your views to NAMA representation on Joint Mathematical Council, government agencies and national consultations
- Automatic subscription to notification of latest news by email
HOW TO APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP
Download the membership form - please complete and return to the NAMA Administrator by post or email.
Options for payment of annual subscription: by NAMA invoice (a purchase order is required) or direct standing order (discounted rate applies).
Download the standing order mandate - please complete forward to your bank or building society.
ONLINE ACCESS TO MEMBERS AREA
Once you have your membership confirmed, a personal login will be issued to you, which will enable online access to our members files. Your login details can be updated via the Accounts Settings tab above. If you forget your password, the Forgotten Password request is above the login box.
EXISTING MEMBER CHANGE OF DETAILS
If you change your email please advise NAMA as soon as possible to maintain your receipt of the NAMA Newsletter and updates. To help maintain our members database, kindly let us know if you change address or employment.
